Al-Shaiah Warehouse – KAEK

Al-Eman Sabour ASC successfully executed the construction of a modern warehouse for Al-Shaiah Company in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEK). The facility is designed to serve as a central storage hub for all Al-Shaiah brands in Jeddah, ensuring efficient logistics, inventory management, and distribution.

The project included site preparation, excavation, foundation works, and the construction of the main structural framework. Advanced engineering methods were applied to guarantee structural integrity, durability, and compliance with international safety standards.

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP) were fully integrated, along with state-of-the-art storage solutions and internal layout planning to maximize operational efficiency. The design also incorporated modern finishing elements, high-quality materials, and functional spaces to support seamless warehouse operations.

With a turnkey approach, Al-Eman Sabour ASC handled the project from the ground up, delivering a fully operational warehouse equipped to meet the logistical demands of Al-Shaiah brands in Jeddah while ensuring safety, efficiency, and scalability for future growth.
